PLACING ORDERS: Our hours are 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday we have lunch from 1:00 PM til 2:20 PM. MINIMUM ORDER
We have no minimum order, however on orders under $20.00 (product only) there is a $1.50 packing fee. Returns are not accepted unless we have been contacted and have approved it. The customer will pay for any safe packing or shipping cost to return the product.
PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid. For your convenience and to expedite orders we accept Master card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We do not use Paypal.
OPEN ACCOUNTS
No open accounts except for governmental and state agencies, schools and universities. Open accounts must be paid in 30 days or they are automatically dropped (no exception). Just one rubber-check and the account will be automatically closed. No open accounts are allowed outside the USA.
SALES TAX
All Florida orders are subject to a 6% sales tax unless you provide us with an official signed tax exempt card stating your Florida Sales Resale Tax Number prior to ordering.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING/HANDLING COST FOR ITEMS BEFORE ORDERING THEN CONTACT US FOR A QUOTE OR PUT IN THE INFORMATION BOX ON THE ORDER THAT YOU WOULD LIKE AN EMAIL BEFORE PROCESSING. WE WILL NOT EMAIL OR CALL WITH THE SHIPPING/HANDLING COST BEFORE PROCESSING.
Live and perishable items are sent by (Live Rotifer’s) UPS 1 or 2 day shipping cost by this method is expensive so as stated before If YOU NEED TO KNOW SHIPPING BEFORE SENDING THEN CONTACT US WE WILL NOT REFUND AFTER ROTIFER’S HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. Dry goods are normally sent by UPS ground or mail. Algae Disks are usually sent by Priority Mail we only ship the mail out on the Thursday of each week. When we need to use heat packs or ice packs or insulation for live items then a .85 charge will be added for each packing item used. The CA-BSHI has special boxes and packing needed and a charge of $4 is applied to order total.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED BY THE WEBSITE AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER WE WILL PROCESS THE CHARGE WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE AND THE ORDER HAS BEEN BOXED. AT THIS TIME THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE CALCULATED AND ADDED TO THE TOTAL OF THE INVOICE.
PRICE QUOTATION AND FURTHER DISCOUNTS
Discounts may be available for very large orders or for shops or distributors but depends on the items purchased and the proper information needed for us to verify your business. We would be glad to provide formal quote’s for any customer ahead of ordering if you contact us. Florida Aqua Farms reserves the right to change prices when needed the website is updated periodically with the prices if something is not we will email customer before to let them know what the new price is and to see if they still want to order the product.
